Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to stays at Citrus Prime Hotels & Resorts, operated by Mosaic Leisures Private Limited. The key policies for our resort are noted below.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in 2:00 p.m., check-out 12:00 noon.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Children

Children aged 0 to 5 years stay free.
Children aged 6 to 12 years are charged ₹1,000; 12 years and above are charged as an adult.

Reservations and payment

Reservations are confirmed as per the rate plan and advance terms communicated at the time of booking; an advance of up to 50% may be required to confirm a booking. Applicable taxes are charged as per government norms (GST: 23AAFCM8058G1ZF). The balance is payable at or before check-out unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellation

A full refund is offered when you cancel at least 72 hours before check-in.
Within 24 hours of check-in, the booking is non-refundable.

Dining

Our Clove Mint restaurants serve multi-cuisine meals through the day. We do not serve alcohol at our restaurants.

Guest conduct

We ask all guests to respect the hotel, our team and other guests. We reserve the right to decline service in case of conduct that affects the safety or comfort of others.

Liability

We take care to provide a safe and comfortable stay. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
